Point Mallard Trails

Perhaps the most sentimental spot on this list, the site of the proposal! These trails are the best way to spend your morning, evening, or anytime you want to be outside. A 1.5mi paved road goes through the center, or you can take our route - 2.5mi along the Tennessee River!

Jimmy Johns Tennis & Pickleball Center

Located in the same park as the trails, the tennis courts and pickleball facility are available and perfect for a day of play! Hard, clay, and indoor courts are available.

Bike the Bill Sims Path

Throughout Decatur, there is a 14.7 mile walk/bike path that takes you through downtown and the beautiful landscapes our little town offers. Tandem Blue Bikes are available for rent to take part in the scenic tour of the city!

Decatur Morgan County Farmers Market

Open from 8a-12p on Friday and Saturday mornings, step into small town charm and see all the delicious fresh fruit, vegetables, baked goodies, coffee, and more!

Brickyard Marina

Boat rentals are available to cruise down the Tennessee River.

Cook Museum of Natural Science

The family behind Cook's Pest Control opened a state-of-the-art natural science museum downtown in 2019, and it has since become well-known beyond the Decatur city limits - an engaging and educational celebration of God's creation.
