IMPORTANT WEDDING WEEKEND UPDATE

Dear Family & Friends,

First, thank you so much for your willingness to celebrate Beverly & Taylor with us this weekend. Due to the projected weather, we have made the difficult decision to move the wedding from Saturday to Friday, October 9.

We know that changing plans at the last minute may make it difficult or even impossible for some of you to attend certain events. Please know that we completely understand and extend every measure of grace as you adjust your own plans. We are simply so grateful for your love and support of Beverly & Taylor and appreciate everyone doing what they can.

With the wedding moving to Friday, the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner will now take place tomorrow,

Thursday, October 8, with the following schedule:

THURSDAY — REHEARSAL & REHEARSAL DINNER

5:45 PM — Shuttle pick-up at the Fite House / Groomsmen House

6:00 PM — Rehearsal at First Bible Church

6:30 PM — Rehearsal Dinner guest shuttle pick-up at DoubleTree

6:45 PM — Rehearsal Dinner guest shuttle pick-up at Fairfield Inn

7:00–10:00 PM — Rehearsal Dinner at the Witt House

FRIDAY — WEDDING DAY

Beverly & Taylor’s wedding will now take place Friday evening, October 9. We anticipate following a similar schedule, with the ceremony possibly beginning at 5:30 PM.

Final wedding-day timing and transportation details will follow as soon as possible.

Thank you for your flexibility, your understanding, and most of all, for loving Beverly & Taylor so well. While this isn’t quite the weekend we originally planned, we are incredibly thankful that we will still get to celebrate their marriage with so many of the people they love.

5:30 PM | THE WEDDING CEREMONY

PARKING & RETURN TRANSPORTATION

Reception street parking will be limited. Additional off-site parking will be available with continuous shuttle service from:

Wear, Howell, Strickland, Quinn & Law

There will also be continuous shuttle service back to the host hotels throughout the evening.

While this isn’t quite how we imagined the weekend unfolding, we are incredibly grateful for your flexibility, understanding, and most of all, your love for Beverly and Taylor.

Rain or shine—and even a day early—we can’t wait to celebrate!
